Holiday Inn Auburn, An Ihg Hotel, Auburn

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were mostly clean and new, but the strong cleaning scent made me sneeze. The staff was friendly and welcoming, although some rules regarding quiet time and pool use could be enforced better. The location was nice, especially being close to the mountain, and the dining experience had its ups and downs, with some rooms looking concepts such as ending the buffet early.

The service was accommodating and welcoming, although a bit rude at times. The location was very nice, especially for work purposes, being close to the mountain and some great hikes. The dining felt a bit like school cafeteria food, but the Italian grilled meat was a nice touch. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved.
